DISTANT VOICES,STILL LIVES

Set in Liverpool during the 40's & 50's. based on director Terrance Davies' biography. A working class family ruled by a vicious father. Through weddings, funerals etc, life is seen as hard.

 

DIVA

French film about a naive postal messenger is hounded by Mafia for a tape he has of a opera diva and one about who controls vice in Paris. EST.
